Unfortunately you have to give a star that is not deserved! We celebrated a children's birthday with seven children which was an absolute disappointment. The birthday table was not decorated. There was only a covered tray on the table with a liter of water, apple juice, plastic plates and plastic cups on it. There was no entry stop and therefore it was extremely overcrowded. Nobody cares about what the children do. A lot of people walked in with street shoes and the socks look accordingly. Unfortunately, no one cares how you behave in there. The main thing is that you take enough. The bill was accordingly (outrageously expensive!). I would never celebrate a child's birthday at Bambini again.

Unfortunately you can't give 0 stars. Celebrated our son's birthday at Bambini. We went in with great anticipation. I think the disappointment was written all over our faces. The table was carelessly set, a tablet covered with a tea towel. Broken drinking cups, disgusting toilets, trash cans overflowing, everything floating. You should enter the toilets in socks. Staff walk through the hall with dirty shoes. You are not allowed to take drinks or food with you, no attention is paid to this, half of the families had drinks and food with them, the only thing that is taken into account is that you are not allowed to eat any of the pizza because it is only for the children. I also celebrated my older son's birthday at the Bambini about 13 years ago. Back then everything was great, the table was lovingly set, the toilets were clean and the staff was friendly. Unfortunately, there is now no trace of it.

Drove an extra 45 km, birthday was somehow not reserved. We couldn't buy cake either because it wasn't reserved either. The lady said I made a reservation at Würzburg (that can't be right). Everything was paid normally, ok. It's cold for feet everywhere, the toddler area is also dark. Socks are required everywhere (including toilets where they were dirty and wet). Baby changing room is the coldest. Parents also pay entry although they can't use it except for the massage chair, which you have to pay extra for. I'll probably never come back.

He would get a 5 if it were warmer in the toddler room, the mats and the room are very cold and the play area for the little ones was also very dark.

Quite a good indoor playground because my children really liked it… Entrance fee a bit expensive. Otherwise everything is ok.

Pleasant, the kids had fun. People get lost very well. The prices are also completely ok. (It's similar in every other indoor playground.) I found it a bit disgusting that you go to the toilets in socks, which wasn't my thing, but well, everyone is different. Staff wasn't the nicest and seemed very stressed, although I didn't think the number of visitors was much.
